PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner excelling in initial printing performance hardly causing the degradation of image quality by initial fogging or the like not only in environment of normal temperatures and normal humidity (N/N) but also in harsh environment of low temperatures and low humidity (L/L) or high temperatures and high humidity (H/H), and excelling in durable printing performance hardly causing the degradation of image quality by fogging, filming, or the like even if performing continuous printing of a large number of sheets. SOLUTION: The toner contains colored resin particles containing at least a binding resin and a colorant, and an external additive, wherein the colored resin particles contain a compound having a glycoluril skeleton, and the volume average particle diameter (Dv) of the colored resin particles is 5-10μm.
