PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and size without impairing rigidity and rotational accuracy. SOLUTION: A rolling bearing unit 1 comprises a rolling bearing 10 for incorporating a plurality of rolling elements 16 at intervals in the peripheral direction into an annular ring-shaped space between an inner ring 12 and an outer ring 14 which are coaxially arranged, a shaft 3 adhered in a state of being fitted to the inner ring 12 of the rolling bearing 10, a sleeve 5 having a fitting hole 7 adhered in the state of fitting the outer ring 14 of the rolling bearing 10, a spacer 9 for abutting on one end in the axial direction of the inner ring 12, a holding part 21 extending inside the radial direction from an inner surface of the fitting hole 7 of the sleeve 5, and a plurality of balls 11 rollingly arranged between the spacer 9 and the holding part 21.
