PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilotis type multistory storage device usable for many purposes as a multistory parking device without requiring exchange of vehicles or as a multistory exchange device of a frame structure such as warehouse work and commercial store facilities. SOLUTION: The multistory storage device includes at least two or more floors comprising a multistory storing device, a vertical elevating and lowering mechanism, a horizontal carrying device and a conveying pallet, wherein the multistory storing device includes the horizontal carrying device in a floor spatial position of a storage space compartment, the vertical elevating and lowering mechanism includes an elevating and lowering drive device and an elevating and lowering lift device and arranges a guide column at the front of the multistory storing device, and the conveying pallet uses a means for sliding and moving by the horizontal carrying device between the storage space compartment and the elevating and lowering lift device.
