PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant structure of a wall, which can effectively protect a column against heating from an indoor side, which can prevent an interior finish board from coming off, which facilitates the mounting of the interior finish board, and which can realize them by easy on-site construction. SOLUTION: For example, exterior wall panels 2 and 2 are arranged on both sides sandwiching a steel column 1 in between. The exterior wall panels 2 are equipped with fire-resistant plate mounting substrate crosspieces 2a which are positioned on both the sides of the column 1 on the indoor side of the exterior wall panel and elongated in a vertical direction, respectively; indoor-side surface portions of both the substrate crosspieces 2a and 2a serve as mounting surfaces; a fire-resistant plate 3 like a strip, which is elongated in the vertical direction, is laid between the substrate crosspieces 2a and 2a, and mounted with a screw 16 etc. so that the column 1 can be positioned at the back; and the interior finish board 4 is mounted with a screw 17 etc. in such a manner that the fire-resistant plate 3 serves as a substrate.
