PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored electroconductive coating material capable of forming a colored electroconductive film having electroconductivity, and exhibiting color of not only black but also vivid colors such as red and blue, and to provide a colored electroconductive film-attached base material having the colored electroconductive film. SOLUTION: The colored electroconductive coating material is obtained by dispersing in a solvent, a needle-shaped powder of an electroconductive oxide and colored resin fine particles having fusible or semi-fusible properties by heating.
