PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition capable of eliminating a flow mark that is generated by the difference in fluidity from other resins upon manufacturing a multilayer sheet, by compounding a specified fatty acid ester into a polyester resin containing a diol unit having a cyclic acetal skeleton. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises: 80 to 99.995 wt% of a polyester resin (A) containing dicarboxylic acid units and diol units, in which 1 to 60 mol% of the diol units have a cyclic acetal skeleton; and 0.005 to 5 wt% of at least one kind of 10-30C fatty acid ester.
