PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord reel for an electric product and the electric product equipped with it capable of reducing labor for an assembling operation of the whole electric product. SOLUTION: In a casing 1 structuring the cord reel R, casing side air holes 11-11 enabling ventilation of inside and outside of the casing are provided through the casing. A part of power source cord stored in it which is always kept in the casing is provided with a temperature fuse 6. The temperature fuse 6 rotates for the casing 1 together with a rotating drum at a position radially same as at least one of the casing side air holes 11-11, moves along a rotation shaft A of the rotating drum when a stop mechanism works and is positioned above a virtual plane S1 dividing this rotating drum into an upper half and a lower half.
