PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular in-wheel motor supporting structure capable of enhancing the ride quality of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a vehicular in-wheel motor 20, an electric motor 22 for driving a wheel 11 is housed in a housing 21, and the housing is incorporated into the wheel in a relatively rotatable manner. An in-wheel motor supporting structure supports the housing by a vehicle body 15, and comprises an upper link 33 for connecting an upper part 21a of the housing to a vehicle body, upper elastic parts 41, 42 for receiving the vibration input from the housing into the vehicle body via the upper link, a lower link 34 for connecting a lower part 21b of the housing to the vehicle body, and lower elastic parts 43, 44 for receiving the vibration input from the housing into the vehicle body via the lower link. The spring constant of the upper elastic part and the spring constant of the lower elastic part are set to the values capable of regulating the longitudinal displacement of the center Pc of rotation of the wheel to the vehicle body irrespective of the driving state of the electric motor.
