PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffuser plate which is sufficiently suppressed in its yellowish coloring or the like and is excellent in impact resistance.

SOLUTION: The light diffuser plate comprises a base layer 8 which contains a styrene resin and light diffuser particles and a surface layer 9 which contains a polycarbonate resin and is laminated on at least one surface of the base layer 8. As the styrene resin, a styrene monomer-methacrylic acid copolymer resin is preferably used.
