PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weatherstrip that suppresses degradation of appearance quality while achieving reduction of weight. SOLUTION: The weatherstrip 4 has a trim part 5 and a seal part 6. The trim part 5 includes a vehicle inner wall 11, a vehicle outer wall 12, and a connection part 13. A metallic insert 14 is embedded inside the trim part. The insert 14 has bone piece parts 31, a center bonding part 32 which connects the bone piece parts 31 with each other, and the like. The bone piece parts 31 each have vehicle inner wall corresponding parts 41, which correspond to the vehicle inner wall 11, vehicle outer wall corresponding parts 42, which correspond to the vehicle outer wall 12, and a connection part corresponding part 43, which corresponds to the connection part 13. Compared with the thickness of both curved parts 44, 45 of the insert 14, the thickness of other parts excluding both curved parts 44, 45 is made thinner. Furthermore, wide parts 51, which are wider than the curved parts 44, 45, are provided on the portions excluding the curved parts 44, 45 of the vehicle inner wall corresponding parts 41 and the outer wall corresponding parts 42.
