PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film used as a support film of a transfer foil for inmold transfer equipped with excellent adhesiveness having no release of the mold release layer from the support film, having antistatic property, and water resistance and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester film for the inmold transfer is characterized in that a polyester coated layer having easy adhesiveness is provided on the one side of the polyester film, the coated layer having antistatic property is provided on the opposite surface, and the polyester coated layer has a glass transition temperature of 30-85°C and is composed of a copolymerized polyester containing 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid of 0.02-0.2 mol%.
