PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a rotary press and a letterpress printing machine print and punch rolled base paper, but the machines themselves are complicated and expensive, and sheet-fed seal printing using a PC printer and ordinary printing machine carries out a half-blanking process in one burst by a lattice-shaped trimming die which results in an expensive piece rate for small lot seal printing because of the costly trimming die. SOLUTION: The method for punching seal printed matters includes the steps of: stacking a plurality of strip-like seal printed matters and storing them in a stocker means using the strip-like seal printed matter, the stocker means, a conveying means for repeating conveying and stopping, a base for loading the seal printed matters, and the trimming die arranged to freely ascending and descending; loading the strip-like seal printed matter one by one on the upper surface of the base from the stocker means; and carrying out half-blanking one frame of a seal portion of the strip-like printed matter loaded on the upper surface of the base by the trimming die.
