PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety to surge and the like without enlarging the size of a substrate for an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: A substrate for the inkjet recording head is provided with a plurality of heaters for generating energy for ejecting ink, and common wiring 110 electrically connected to a plurality of the heaters for applying electric power to each of the heaters. In addition, at least a part of the common wiring 110 is provided with a fuse element 104 for shutting off the current-carrying by fusing when over current flows in the common wiring 110.
