Provided is an imaging module, which can be formed by a simple step, while maintaining mechanical strength when an inner lead is bent or fixed, without increasing outer dimensions of the imaging module. The imaging module is provided with an imaging element having an imaging surface and a flexible substrate extending toward the rear of the imaging surface. The imaging module is provided with a guide member for fixing the imaging element and the flexible substrate, and the guide member is provided with a section extending along the rear surface of the imaging element and a section extending along between the imaging element and the flexible substrate.
