The method involves lifting arbitrary ground carrier (1), where potential energy of ground carrier is reduced to a specific level for converting specific losses of an electrical energy generating and storing device into electric energy with the help of current generators. The ground carrier comprises a container which is filled with heavy materials e.g. stones, concrete, sand, iron, and is lifted over a hydraulic lifting device by an electric drive. An independent claim is included for a device for generating and storing electrical energy. |
