A penetration sleeve is provided to improve the durability of a wall by regularly forming the location of a pipe line and reduce the construction period of the wall by easily detaching the mold and the penetration sleeve from the wall. A penetration sleeve comprises a pipe line molding frame(110), a pair of blocking plates(120), a mold fastening bar(130), a latch(140), an elastic member(160), and a mold fastening bar guide(150). The pipe line molding frame is formed of the hollow pipe. A pair of blocking plates are coupled at the inner circumference of the pipe line molding frame. A through-hole is formed at the blocking plates. The mold fastening bar is slid in the longitudinal direction of a pipe molding frame along the through-hole. The latch and the elastic member are formed at the one side of the mold fastening bar. The mold fastening bar guide is extended from a pair of blocking plates to the inner side of the pipe line molding frame. The elastic member is accepted in the mold fastening bar guide. The mold fastening bar guide guides the sliding of the fastening bar.
