<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which enables automatic mass production of wonton. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the wonton by filling a folded skin for the wonton with ingredients, and overlapping both terminal parts of the folded skin for the won ton by drawing them so as to form a crossed state is equipped with: a skin-setting table 5 having an opening 6 for folding the skin, formed at the center part; a folding and filling means 7 moving upward and downward so as to pass the opening 6 for folding the skin in the skin-setting table 5, folding the skin 1 for the wonton by passing the skin 1 for the wonton put on a prescribed position on the skin-setting table 5 through the opening 6 for folding the skin, and filling the interior of the folded skin 1 for the wonton with the ingredients 3; a skin-drawing and crossing means 8 for holding both terminal parts of the folded skin for the wonton filled with the ingredients and crossing the both terminals while drawing the terminals in the facing direction at the lower side of the skin-setting table 5; and a crossed part-pressing and bonding means 9 for pressing and bonding the crossed part 2aa of both the terminal parts 2a and 2a of the folded skin for the wonton. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
