<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular personal authentication device capable of carrying out personal authentication using physical characteristics without performing troublesome work. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular personal authentication device, which distinguishes a person to be identified based on image pick-up information from an image pick-up means 2 provided inside a vehicle, includes an operation means 1, which is provided at a position where the person to be identified can operate it and emits an operation signal based on an operation, and a control means 3, which compares the image pick-up information from the image pick-up means 2 with the information stored in a memory part in advance and determine the identification, based on the timing when the operation signal is inputted from the operation means 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
