<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust the limit of a use amount among users according to the actual result of the use amount of the users in a same group. <P>SOLUTION: A server apparatus having received log information on a print job updates each of data on an accumulated use sheet count related to the user of a user limitation information database and data on an accumulated use sheet count related to a group which a user of a group limitation information database belongs to. The server apparatus, on the basis of data on the accumulated use sheet count related to each user in a group which the user belongs to, data on the total use upper limit sheet count of the group, and the like, calculates (step S38) a new automatic reallocated use upper limit sheet count of the user, and updates (step S39) a value of the automatic reallocated use upper limit sheet count of the user limitation information database according to the calculated automatic reallocated use upper limit sheet count. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
