<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying apparatus which prevents a thermal spray material from depositing on an inner part of the thermal spraying apparatus and the deposited thermal spray material from causing spitting, even when a thermal spray material with a small particle size is used. <P>SOLUTION: A section 104 for supplying the thermal spray material is arranged at such a position that the thermal spray material supplied into a combustion gas from the section 104 for supplying the thermal spray material is sprayed from a spray port 103a to the outside of the thermal spray apparatus 100 before the thermal spray material melts. Thereby, the thermal spray material is sprayed before being changed to a molten state of which the thermal spray material easily deposits on the inner part of the thermal spraying apparatus, which prevents the thermal spray material from depositing in the thermal spraying apparatus and consequently from causing spitting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
