RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVER DEVICE, AND RADIO BASE STATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a receiving status of radio waves transmitted from each radio base station using a fixed radio terminal of another radio communication system such as a sensor network, thereby controlling transmit power and transmission antenna pattern of each radio base station based on the receiving status.

SOLUTION: A radio communication system in which a plurality of APs and mobile radio terminals constitute a radio communication network to control the transmit power or the transmission antenna pattern of each AP according to a receiving status of a transmission signal from each AP at each mobile radio terminal includes the fixed radio terminal fixedly existing in a radio area of each AP unlike the mobile radio terminal of the radio communication network and receiving the transmission signal from the AP and an operations management server acquiring receiving statuses of the transmission signals from the APs at the mobile radio terminals and the fixed radio terminal to centrally control the transmit power and the transmission antenna pattern of each AP based on the receiving status at least at the fixed radio terminal.
