PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress information leakage caused by the loss of a portable communication terminal, and also to improve convenience in information management. SOLUTION: In this system, a thin client type mobile telephone 10, a thin client server 30 and a personal computer 50 are connected through a network in a communicable manner. The thin client server 30 includes a telephone directory database 31 for storing telephone directory data used by the thin client type mobile telephone 10, and a control part 32 for operating the telephone direction database 31. The thin client type mobile telephone 10 transmits a request to download necessary telephone direction data from the telephone directory database 31 and displays received telephone direction data on an operation display part 11 when using a telephone directory function.
