PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition exhibiting such an excellent effect that an object to be cleaned is restrained from being fluffed. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition comprises a nonionic surfactant (A) and 0.1-5 mass% at least one cationic polymer compound (B) selected from the group consisting of cationized cellulose and cationized guar gum. It is preferable that the liquid detergent composition further comprises a nitrogen-containing compound (C) being tertiary amine, which has a 7-28C hydrocarbon group (on condition that the hydrocarbon group may have a substituent and a linking group in the chain thereof), and/or its salt.
