PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition being excellent in transparency, heat resistance and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: In the polyolefin resin composition, 0.01-10 pts.mass of 2,5-piperazine dione compound represented by general formula (1) (in the formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each independently represents a hydrogen atom or the like) is formulated based on 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin based resin.
