PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of preventing any unnecessary decurling process to a noncurled sheet paper P1, and preventing pinches of rollers 81, 82 from being left behind on the papers P1, P2 even when the conveyance of the printed papers P1, P2 is stopped during the decurling processing thereof by a decurling unit U7 (the conveying roller 81 and the decurling roller 82). SOLUTION: A position changing roller 83 moves a decurling roller 82 around a conveying roller 81 to switch the position of the decurling roller 82 relative to the conveying roller 81 at least between a decurling position in which a roll paper P2 is conveyed while being decurled and a conveyance position in which papers P1, P2 are conveyed without being decurled, and positions the decurling roller 82 in the conveyance position when the conveyance of the papers P1, P2 is stopped.
