PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a shock absorber on an interior trim part while attaching a grip bracket for mounting the interior trim part on a vehicle body panel to the interior trim part. SOLUTION: When the grip bracket 3 for mounting the shock absorber 2 and for attaching a door trim 1 to the vehicle body panel side is provided on the back of the door trim 1 which is one of the interior trim parts, the grip bracket 3 is integrally formed with the shock absorber 2. That is the grip bracket 3 is integrally formed in close contact with an intersection portion with a bottom face wall 2e facing the opening surface 2c of the shock absorber 2 in one side surface wall 2a of the shock absorber 2, and is formed so as not to prevent a shock absorbing function due to crushing deformation of the shock absorber 2 when the shock absorber 2 is attached to the door trim 1 side.
