PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle which enables access to a hydraulic device arranged in a lower part of a seat with a smaller working load to further facilitate the maintenance of the hydraulic device. SOLUTION: A working vehicle contains a traveling machine body 4 having a driver's seat 1 including a seat 9 on which an operator sits and a hydraulic device arranged in a lower part of the seat 9, protects the hydraulic device by covering the device with a cover frame 34 which constitutes a part of a frame in the driver's seat 1 and supports the seat 9 on the top surface side, keeps an opening 34a which opens the top of the hydraulic device in a position overlapping with the seat 9 in plane view on the cover frame 34, and enables the access to the hydraulic device by exposing the opening 34a by displaceably constituting the seat 9, wherein a movable frame 33 is provided to the cover frame 34 so as to be slidably movable in the front/rear direction, and the seat 9 is made displaceable by being fitted and fixed to the movable frame 33 to open/close the opening 34a.
