PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving transfer mechanism capable of simultaneously driving both a main wheel and sub-wheels to turn through a simple configuration. SOLUTION: At least one sub-wheel 30 is turnably supported at a wheel member 20 turnably supported around a wheel rotational central axis 20s. The moving transfer mechanism is provided with a differential mechanism including a first input member 18a and a second input member 18b coaxially and turnably arranged at the wheel rotational central axis 20s, and an output member 42 engaged with both first and second input members 18a, 18b, capable of rotating and revoluting around the wheel rotational central axis 20s. The output member 42 is turnably supported at a rotation supporting member 26 fixed to the wheel member 20, a part between it and at least one sub-wheel 30 is connected by rotation transferring members 43, 47, 48, 49 and 32 and a rotation generated by the self-rotation of the output member 42 is transferred to the sub-wheel 30.
