PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of liquid excrement from front and rear ends of a diaper through a gap between a top sheet and an intermediate sheet on the rear side without impairing the capability of receiving the liquid excrement, etc. by through apertures. SOLUTION: In the disposable diaper, a plurality of through apertures H are bored at intervals in the cross direction in the front and rear ends EP and EP of the top sheet 30 and in the intermediate part MP between the both ends. In the intermediate part MP of the top sheet 30, the area in the cross direction from the left side of the through aperture H located on the most left side to the right side of the through aperture H located on the most right side is joined to an intermediate sheet 40 on the rear side by a joint pattern without joint parts in the through apertures H and in the periphery. In the front or rear end EP of the top sheet 30, the area in the cross direction from the left side of the through aperture H located on the most left side to the right side of the through aperture H located on the most right side is joined by welding to the intermediate sheet 40 on the rear side by a welding pattern including the through apertures H, the periphery and the other parts, and bonded parts with an adhesive are not present in the through apertures H or in the periphery.
