PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for the biological sample reaction, enabling the reaction treatment in a trace amount of a reaction liquid and capable of efficiently carrying out the treatment of many specimens at once. SOLUTION: The chip for the biological sample reaction has a plurality of reaction containers 103, a passage 105 for the reaction liquid introduction having a reaction liquid feed port 106 at one end and having an opening 107 for discharge air at the other end and a passage 104 for reaction liquid determination in which one end is connected to one reaction container 103 and the other end is connected to the passage 105 for reaction liquid introduction, and the volume of the reaction container 103 is formed so as to be smaller than the volume of the passage 104 for reaction liquid determination.
