#CMT# #/CMT# The chain (1) has chain links (2, 3) that are sequentially provided in an alternative manner. The chain links are connected together via a chain joint. Each chain link comprises a joint sleeve (6) and a joint bolt (4) that extends via the joint sleeve, where the joint bolt is produced by a flow pressing method. The joint bolt comprises a middle support section (9) and passes into a tapering cone section (10) that adjoins at the middle support section. A fixing section (11) of the bolt is attached at the tapering cone section.
