<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data providing system capable of efficiently distributing a program transmission load of a prescribed program that matches a condition set in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The data providing system is provided with: one or more subscriber terminals; a plurality of program distributing means for storing programs and distributing a desired program relating to a program distribution request among stored programs by a prescribed subscriber terminal among one or more subscriber terminals to the prescribed subscriber terminal; and a program arrangement control means for performing control to arrange a prescribed program that matches a condition set in advance, for example, a newly registered program in at least a plurality of optional program distributing means among the plurality of distributing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
