<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing device for restarting reproduction so that a user can smoothly recognize contents whose reproduction is interrupted without stress when restarting the reproduction after interrupting the reproduction of the contents of video images and sound, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The content reproducing device 100 includes a reproduction control part 10;21 for controlling the reproduction of the contents, a storage part 24 for storing content attribute information and reproduction stop position information for the time of reproduction stop, and an interruption processing detection part 29 for detecting interruption processing during the reproduction of the contents and notifying the reproduction control part 10;21.
