<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance lubrication efficiency by intensively supplying lubricating oil to a place requiring lubrication by reducing a power loss caused by the agitation of the lubricating oil by a shift gear. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating oil stored in a bottom in a transmission casing 10 provided with a plurality of rotary shafts 15-17 and a plurality of sets of shift gear pairs 21a, 21b-23a and 23b lubricates respective parts by springing and splashing the oil upward by the shift gear. An oil pan 30 for receiving and storing the sprung-up lubricating oil is arranged in an upper part of the transmission casing 10, and oil feeding holes 32-34 are formed in respective positions being substantially immediately above the respective shift gear pairs in its bottom wall 30a. Respective valve elements 36-38 for opening and closing the respective oil feeding holes are operated by being interlocked with shift forks 28 and 29 so as to release the oil feeding holes positioned substantially immediately above a set of shift gear pairs selected so as to transmit motive power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
