<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing circuit for carrying out a single precision arithmetic and a double precision arithmetic. <P>SOLUTION: This processing circuit includes a plurality of logic circuits ( L11, ..., and L44) arrayed like a matrix in the direction of a row and the direction of a column, and configured to input an output from a logic circuit to the logic circuit located on the following row. Each of the plurality of logic circuits includes an operation circuit (ALU) configured to perform an operation on input data; and a selecting unit (MUX) configured to select any one of an operation output from the operation circuit or an operation output from the logic circuit located on the preceding row, and to output it to the logical circuit located on the following row. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
