<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for controlling a power supply advantageous to both users and retail stores. <P>SOLUTION: In a rechargeable car-parking system 1, a central processing device 6 is connected to a charging device 40 installed at parking areas 10, 20, and 30; a POS terminal 70 disposed at a cash register and the like in a store; and an information input device 71 at an employees' room and the like. The central processing device 6 receives users' personal information and the parking-position information of the car from the charging device 40, receives purchase information of the user at that day (personal information) etc. from the POS terminal 70, and obtains retail store information and weather information from the information input device 71. The central processing device 6 gives a calculated charging point to the user by applying weighting to each of the collected information.
