摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component using a compound substrate which is obtained by producing a very flat surface of a resin composition on a substrate regardless of application or non application of high polishing to a substrate surface and then laminating an optical thin film on the very flat surface. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition such as a photocurable resin composition and a heat-curable or thermoplastic resin composition is laid on an optical substrate, the resin composition is pressed with a very flat press plate having the very flat surface which is flatter than the optical substrate and then the resin composition is cured with light or temperature change to form the compound substrate. On the compound substrate, a thin film such as a functional inorganic optical thin film, a dielectric multilayer optical thin film and an optically functional metal thin film is laminated by a low-temperature sputtering method or an ion beam sputtering method or the like to mold the optical component such as a reflection mirror, a beam splitter, a band path filter, a band stop filter and an edge filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
