<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a tabulation table of each department in organizing departments according to the configurations of an enterprise in a data processor for processing task data and outputting the processing result. <P>SOLUTION: The data processing system 100 stores: a department master table 26 for storing the department information of each department; a slip total table 21 associated with the department information; a slip detail table 22; a client balance management table 23; task data such as a client master table 24; and a department organization table 27 for storing organization information acquired by organizing each department in a hierarchical structure for every organization classification. A data processor 1 is configured to refer to the department information of the department master table 26 according to the hierarchial structure based on the organization information associated with the tabulation object organization classification designated by a terminal 31 or the like, and to tabulate the task data associated with the referred department information, and to output a tabulation table tabulated based on the designated organization classification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
