<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a sense amplifier circuit which switches its operation speed. <P>SOLUTION: The sense amplifier circuit 100 includes a sense circuit 101 controlling a voltage applied to a load circuit 2 and a reference voltage generation circuit 103 applying a reference voltage to the sense circuit 101. In a high-speed operation mode, the sense circuit 101 controls the voltage applied to the load circuit 2 according to an output voltage of a first feedback control circuit NOR101 included in the sense circuit 101. In a low-speed operation mode, the sense circuit 101 stops the operation of the first feedback control circuit NOR101, and controls the voltage applied to the load circuit 2 according to an output voltage of a second feedback control circuit NOR2 included in the reference voltage generation circuit 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
