PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mobile robot from stopping irrelevantly with abnormality detected by a security device, and to make a mobile robot rush to the generation place of abnormality in a short time in order to preferentially cope with the abnormality detected by the security device when the mobile robot rushes to the generation place of the abnormality detected by the security device. SOLUTION: A communication part 57 receives abnormality information generated in a monitoring area from a monitor terminal such as a security device. A plurality of abnormality detection means 59 and 60 detect different detection objects. A storage part 61 stores abnormality detection means 59 and 60 to be invalidated corresponding to abnormality classification received from the monitor terminal as rush setting information 61g. A setting means 51d sets the corresponding abnormality detection means 59 and 60 as invalid based on the abnormality classifications included in the abnormality information and the rush setting information 61g.
