A storage part 61 stores abnormality detection means 59 and 60 to be invalidated corresponding to abnormality classification received from the monitor terminal as rush setting information 61g. A setting means 51d sets the corresponding abnormality detection means 59 and 60 as invalid based on the abnormality classifications included in the abnormality information and the rush setting information 61g.
