PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing apparatus for applying calibration processing to a reagent of an old lot even when a measurement parameter for calibration is changed at a lot change timing of the reagent. SOLUTION: This analyzing apparatus 1 includes a database for storing a measurement parameter for calibration corresponding to each version of the reagent such as a lot number, and a parameter setting section 31a for acquiring the measurement parameter for calibration corresponding to the version of the actually used reagent from a storing means in the calibration processing.
