SOLUTION: In the driving method of the solid-state imaging apparatus that a unit pixel has at least a photo-electric conversion unit 23 generating a signal charge in accordance with an amount of light received, a charge detection unit FD for extracting a signal charge generated by the photo-electric conversion unit 23, a transfer transistor 18 for transferring the signal charge generated by the photo-electric conversion unit 23 to the charge detection unit FD, a reset transistor 16 for resetting the photo-electric conversion unit 23, and an amplification transistor 56 for converting the signal charge of the charge detection unit FD to an electric signal and outputting it to an output signal line 59, a power supply voltage value supplied to the transfer transistor 18 is set to higher than that supplied to the reset transistor 16 and supplied.
