<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery with high capacity, and superior in load characteristics and safety in high-temperature environment, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium-ion secondary battery has a wound-round electrode in which a stack in which a negative electrode 1 having a negative electrode mixture layer 3 and a positive electrode are stacked through a separator on one side or both sides of a current collector 4 is wound in a spiral form. The battery has a porous film 2 containing an insulating particle having heat resistant temperature of ≥150°C and a binder on the surface of the negative electrode mixture layer, and the porous film has a porosity of 30-60% and a thickness of 2-12 μm, and at least part of the binder contained in the porous film is a fluorine based resin having the weight average molecular weight of ≥600,000.
