<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a closed type metallic switchgear which has an excellent aseismic performance and enables simplification and weight-reduction of the structure of a casing. <P>SOLUTION: In a closed type metallic switchgear where the framework of a casing 1 is constituted of a vertical member consisting of columns 2, 7 and a horizontal member consisting of beams 11, 16, and a square surface is formed by the vertical member and the horizontal member, the intermediate portions of the adjoining vertical member and horizontal member are secured through an aseismic device 25 for converting vibration energy into thermal energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
