摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine enabling the quick return of a longitudinal transfer apparatus to the optimum threshing position after controlling the threshing depth storage in the turning operation at a butt in a field. <P>SOLUTION: When the absence of culm passage is detected (S14: no) by a culm sensor 122 positioned between a reap pretreating device and a threshing device, a threshing depth controlling motor is driven to a deep threshing side to displace the tip of the culm to the deep threshing side (S15). When the vehicle velocity Vx is faster than a preset definite vehicle velocity Svo (16: no), the lapse of "the drive setting time T1 to the deep threshing side" is determined (S17). The motion of the longitudinal transfer apparatus 40 to the deep threshing side is stopped (S18) when the drive setting time T1 is lapsed (S17, yes). After turning the vehicle, the reap pretreating device is lowered to a preset reaping height to start the reaping of the culm. When the culm sensor 122 is becomes ON again (S19, yes), the time T4 for moving to the shallow threshing side is calculated (S20), and the threshing depth control motor is driven to the shallow threshing side (S21) for the time T4 (<T1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
