PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of stabilizing an angle of a movable reflecting face, in an imaging apparatus having the movable reflecting face in a finder optical system. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes an angle changing mechanism for changing the angle of the movable reflecting face included in the finder optical system so as to change a reflection angle of an observing light beam in the movable reflecting face. An advancing route of the observing light beam is switched between the first optical path directed toward a finder window and the second optical path directed toward an image sensor, by changing the reflection angle. In the angle changing mechanism, a contact part 91g of a slide member 91 moves while brought into contact with a contact section 921e of a contact part 921c of a rotor 92, when the slide member 91 moves to the first period, and the rotor 92 is rotated around a prescribed axis BX1. The contact part 91g moves Z-directionally while brought into contact with a contact section 921f, under the condition the rotational angle of the rotor 92 is kept at fixed value, when the slide member 91 moves to the second period.
