PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform electromagnetic interference suppressing effect on the overall attachment face, by disposing an electromagnetic interference suppressing layer at a constant distance from an adherend surface by preventing air from being locally closed between the adherend and the electromagnetic interference suppressing sheet when the electromagnetic interference suppressing sheet is attached to the adherend. SOLUTION: There is provided the electromagnetic interference suppressing sheet which contains the electromagnetic interference suppressing layer containing a soft magnetic material powder and an organic bonding agent, and a pressure-sensitive adhesion layer which has a structured surface and is laminated so as to bring an opposite face of the structured surface into contact with the electromagnetic interference suppressing layer, and in which a trench reaching and interconnecting with an outer peripheral portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesion layer is formed in the structured surface.
