PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding member for forming an electrically conductive printed pattern by well transferring conductive ink onto a transparent substratum by means of a flowing state and a curing phenomenon of ionization radiation curing primer, so as to reduce inconvenience such as a rise in haze or generation of iris colors based on lens effects due to exposure of a skirt or the like of a primer layer protruding form as a result of the printing method. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding member includes the transparent substratum, a primer layer formed on the substratum and a protruding pattern layer formed on the primer layer in a predetermined pattern. The primer layer exhibits a chevron-shaped protruding form on a part or on the part and its periphery where the protruding pattern is formed. The skirt of the protruding form of the primer layer is exposed or covered with a skirt of the protruding pattern made of binder resin not containing conductive particles. A surface of the primer layer where the protruding pattern is not formed and the surface of the protruding pattern are covered with a transparent resin layer. A relation of ¾np-nt¾≤0.14 is satisfied where a refractive index of the primer layer is np and a refractive index of the transparent resin layer is nt. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
