摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring angle correction curves and an angle detection apparatus, capable of detecting angles with high accuracy, in real time, even with a small-capacity memory. SOLUTION: The method for acquiring angle correction curves includes an angle correction curve acquisition step of detecting magnetic strength acquired at each angle for all the angles detected by the angle detection apparatus and acquiring their correlation as an angle correction curve; an approximate primitive polynomial acquisition step of determining an approximate primitive polynomial of a prescribed order or less on the basis of the angle correction curve; an approximate error polynomial acquisition step of determining an approximate error polynomial of a difference curve, between the approximate primitive polynomial and the angle correction curve; an angle range specification step of determining a prescribed angle range, including the angle range in which the error between the approximate error polynomial and the difference curve takes a prescribed value or greater; an approximate error polynomial acquisition step of acquiring an approximate error polynomial which approximates the difference curve within the angle range; and a storage step of storing the approximate primitive polynomial, its foundation coefficients, the prescribed angle range, and an approximate error polynomial within the range, and its error coefficients.
