PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension in midair-packaging device of articles capable of shock-absorbing and packaging even a plurality of articles without a problem by preventing gaps of packaged articles. SOLUTION: A flexible article-accommodating recessed part is formed on one surface of a flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin thin film with a flat surface placed between the recessed parts by plastic-deforming the film. A flexible bend part for engagement bent from the one surface to one direction is formed in the circumference of the film by plastic-deformation. An outer peripheral frame composed of an annular side plate having upper and lower openings is covered with the thermoplastic synthetic resin thin film with the film horizontally spread over the outer peripheral frame. The article is suspended in midair by the outer peripheral frame and the flat surface of the film by making a space intervene between the article-accommodating recessed part and a bottom plate of a tray while the outer peripheral frame is attached to the bottom-possessing tray having an upper opening and the article is accommodated in the article-accommodating recessed part.
